As part of your pre-opening support, we provide on-boarding and training to prepare you to open. Some training will be virtual, but we do need to have you in person for hands on, expert guidance.

Plan to join us for 2 weeks in the Reno, NV area for your training where we will review, in depth, all aspects of your daily operations – from our proprietary curriculum to managing instructors. Also covered: scheduling, programs and classes, pre-selling classes and online registrations, advertising and local marketing, financial management, and managing the overall business to deliver on our customer service standards.

After you have completed the initial training and you are ready to open, we will be on site in your Silver Bear Swim School as you get ready for your first day of lessons. As an owner, you have our ongoing guidance to develop, grow and become an active part of your local community.
