Start Up Investment

Initial Investment

As part of our pre-opening support, you’ll receive comprehensive onboarding and training to ensure you’re fully prepared for launch. While portions of the training will be delivered virtually, in-person attendance is essential for hands-on instruction and expert guidance.

You’ll spend two immersive weeks in the Reno, NV area for hands-on training, where we’ll dive deep into every aspect of daily operations—from our proprietary curriculum and instructor management to scheduling, program planning, and class execution. We’ll also cover pre-selling strategies, online registration systems, local marketing and advertising, financial oversight, and the operational practices that uphold our customer service standards.

Once you’ve completed your initial training and are ready for your grand opening, our team will be on-site at your Silver Bear Swim School to support you as you prepare for your first day of lessons. From there, you’ll continue to receive ongoing guidance to help you grow your business, strengthen your operations, and become a vibrant part of your local community.

This chart outlines some key areas of the initial and ongoing investment. We help Silver Bear Swim School owners to open quickly.
